is currently interviewing for a paralegal or legal assistant to support a newly opened Manitowoc office.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
We are a criminal defense firm seeking a skilled, organized individual with personality, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications include:
Prior experience in a law firm is preferred, but willing to train the ideal candidate.
Exceptional keyboarding skills and competency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
Strong written language skills, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style.
Job Duties include:
communicating directly and frequently with prospective and current clients scheduling for the attorneys administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and drafting correspondence.
Starting wage is based on experience.
