This position provides financial monitoring and analysis of Department financial data providing managers updates and projections on a monthly basis and:
Coordinate financial reporting abilities with IT to ensure efficient use of financial systems.
Reconciles invoices of providers to verify accuracy and compliance with contract details.
Conducts monthly financial analysis and reporting, including monitoring grant statuses.
Report financial and reporting issues/errors found during process to correct issue.
Works with IT and the Financial Services Supervisor to ensure efficient use of current financial reporting system.
Updates system with accurate data for State Report System (PPS) monthly.
Within the PPS system input inpatient data, submit request for new provider numbers, conduct monthly updates and train new personnel on procedures for PPS and HSRS reporting.
Assist in Department audits.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required and whatever combination of additional education and work experience provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
