The Family Development Outreach Coordinator provides outreach to families to encourage participation in home visiting programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be passionate about Lakeshore CAP's mission Reach out to community referral sources and establish working relationships that allow for access to contact potentially eligible families Reach out to potentially eligible families in various settings to offer programs Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and a professional demeanor to represent the organization Maintain records, intake forms, statistical data, and other documentation Attend agency staff meetings, training sessions, networking meetings and other events as directed Possess strong oral and written communication skills, be dependable and adaptable QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree; Associate Degree or relevant experience.

REQUIREMENTS Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Wisconsin driver's license and current personal auto insurance as required by law.
Employment is contingent on the results of a background check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
